The most important thing one generation can do is to equip the next generation to lead. Passing the Baton is a fast-paced, multi-media seminar that removes the barriers between generations and equips today’s Christian adults to have an eternal impact in the lives of tomorrow’s culture-shaping leaders.

Nobody believes that the next generation is unimportant and should be abandoned! Yet too often we act as if it’s up to others to reach tomorrow’s leaders. Very few believe they can personally make a difference.

The Passing the Baton seminar is produced by Dr. Jeff Myers, whose seminars and curriculum programs have equipped more than two million people. Dr. Myers has personally selected seminar trainers from a variety of backgrounds, from homeschool to Christian school, from pastors to community leaders, and from professors to business people. But they all have this in common: they love the Lord and have demonstrated a lifestyle of biblical leadership.

• SESSION THREE: How to Equip the Next Generation Based On Your Gifts and Design. Learn how to influence others in a way that is natural and enjoyable for you.
• SESSION FOUR (optional session for schools wanting CEUs): How to Bring About Transformation Through Education. The purpose of Christ-centered education is to equip students to lead transformed lives. Discover how to “tweak” your student contact for eternal impact.
• SESSION FIVE: How to Pass the Baton for Multi-Generational Influence. How to have the kind of impact that is unforgettable and life changing—even if you don’t see yourself as a motivational leader.
• SESSION SIX: Planning for Transformation. We teach what we know, but we reproduce what we are. This session will give you the opportunity to plan out your impact and discover ways to establish strong bonds with younger people, no matter your age or station in life.
